Basement Finishing & Remodeling

So many contracting companies improperly finish basements because they use organic materials like wood and drywall. Basements are different than other areas of your home as it is the most likely area for water damage. These organic materials mold and rot quickly.

Our company is different because we only use our patented products which are completely inorganic & waterproof. If a pipe bursts, or a flood happens, or the basement leaks after rain your Waterville basement will not ever be damaged.

Our Finishing Products:

  • Waterproof, Washable, Insulated Walls
  • Mold-Resistant, No-Sag suspended Ceilings
  • Basement Dehumidifiers
  • Variable, Energy-efficient Basement Lighting
  • French, Bifold & six-paneled steel Doors
  • Basement Staircases
  • Energy-efficient, Double-paned Windows
  • Carpet, Tile & Faux Wood Flooring

Professional Mold Remediation

Our certified professionals will come to your Waterville and identify the areas of your home with mold and the type of mold. We then completely remove the mold as well as damaged materials from your home.

Our Mold Services:

  • Energy-Efficient Dehumidification
  • Damaged Material Removal

Once the mold and damaged materials is completely removed, we rebuild the removed pieces of your home using mold-resistant materials. If needed we also install an energy-efficient dehumidifier to control the relative humidity to prevent future mold growth.

We need to replace 3 basement windows. The opening in the cement foundation seems to be about 33x13. The frames have rotted out and some foundation cement fixing may have to be done before the new frames can go in.

I am interested in a kitchen remodel quote. I look forward to hearing from you.
Project Location: Waterville, ME
My Basement is concrete block walled and the heating is steam heat. Lowest pipe of consideration is 5'11". The walls get damp and are discolored but I have not had any puddles whatsoever. My neighbor, however, is plagued with flooding problems. My basement is bisected lengthwise by an 8" thick concrete block wall with two door openings in it 3' wide each. It has a cement floor in better than fair condition. The overall dimensions are 30' long by 22' wide by 6'10" high aside from various piping. My hope is to make the two halves inhabitable by myself, my wife and possibly guests.
