A couple from Glenburn, in Central Maine called and wanted space in their basement for a bathroom and bedroom. Keith Trembley Home Solutions / Total Basement Finishing of Maine had completed a basement project for them before. We had finished a small area for a ‘craft room’ for the wife. The husband now wanted to finish more of the basement. We added a large full bathroom. It has a full size tub, and nice vanity. We also added a large bedroom using the TBF system and Millcreek flooring. Both rooms are bright and spacious. A double hung window was changed to an egress casement window to meet code requirements. In all we added over 500 square feet of finished space. The homeowner commented that he would be calling next year to add a family room in the basement!
