Since we began as a customer builder and remodeler company in 1980, Keith Trembley Home Solutions has established itself as a responsible and multifaceted building contractor company. Our locally owned and operated business has dedicated itself to providing quality service and the highest level of craftsmanship to our customers.
After incorporating in 1991, our firm has grown significantly, now counting more than 35 employees with additional staff during the busy construction season.
In 1997, we added insurance restoration and mold remediation services to our business. In 2003, we moved into our present location, which includes a 5,000 square foot office building and our 15,000 square foot warehouse.
Keith Trembley
Keith started his career working in a local cabinet shop at the age of 26. His enjoyment working with his hands to create something beautiful eventually led him to designing and building projects of all sizes, and all over Maine.
Keith received an Associate’s Degree in Building Science. He is a certified Energy Management Consultant, and his firm is certified in mold, lead, and IICRC. Keith was past President of Home Builders Association of Maine and past Advisory Board Member at Eastern Maine Community College.
A lifelong Maine resident, Keith is married with six children, six grandchildren, and a black lab named Moxie. He and his wife, Stacey, enjoy sailing, skiing, hiking, and bicycling together. Keith enjoys fishing and tying flies, and still enjoys doing small woodworking projects in his garage.
In 2008, we joined forces with Total Basement Finishing to provide the best basement finishing products and services available in the industry. We have in house designers for basements. Through our mold removal services, we often visit homeowners who have moldy basements. Not only can we remove the mold, but we can offer a product that includes a 50-year mold warranty going forward.
Keith Trembley Home Solutions retains our talented staff by offering continuous training and education to our employees, disproving a local myth that carpenters will leave a business after they reach a certain level of skill.
Our company's turnover is low, with the majority of the current project managers coming "up through the ranks." Keith Trembley Home Solutions' policy of promoting from within allows for a management team that has a thorough understanding of quality workmanship, time management and continuity on site, as well as timely problem solving and communication skills. Further training in technology gives employees the tools necessary for speed, accuracy, data access and storage.
