Since it began as a customer builder and remodeler company in 1980, Keith Trembley Builder, Inc. has established itself as a responsible and multifaceted building contractor company. This locally owned and operated business has dedicated itself to providing quality service and the highest level of craftsmanship to its customers.
After incorporating in 1991, the firm has grown significantly, now counting more than 35 employees with additional staff during the busy construction season.
In 1997, they added insurance restoration and mold remediation services to their business. In 2003, we moved into our present location, which includes a 5,000 sq ft office building and our 15,000 sq ft warehouse.
In 2008, they joined forces with Total Basement Finishing to provide the best basement finishing products and services available in the industry. We have in house designers for kitchen and baths and basements. Through our mold removal services, we often visit homeowners who have moldy basements. Not only can we remove the mold, but we can offer a product that includes a 50-year mold warranty going forward.
Keith Trembley Builder, Inc. retains its talented staff by offering continuous training and education to its employees, disproving a local myth that carpenters will leave a business after they reach a certain level of skill.
The company's turnover is low, with the majority of the current project managers came "up through the ranks." Keith Trembley Builder, Inc's policy of promoting from within allows for a management team that has a thorough understanding of quality workmanship, time management and continuity on site, as well as timely problem solving and communication skills. Further training in technology gives employees the tools necessary for speed, accuracy and data access and storage.
